At Alaya, we want you to love what you wear. But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry - we’ve got you!
🛍️ Here's how it works:

Exchanges:
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.

One-time exchange only, based on size availability.

If your size isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit with lifetime validity.
Returns:
You have 3 days from delivery to request a return.

Refunds are issued as store credits (100% value, no fees).

Store credits are valid for lifetime.
-
Products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
Pickup:
We’ll arrange a pickup wherever possible.

We make 3 pickup attempts.

If you're unavailable or the pickup fails after 3 tries, you’ll need to self-ship the product.

Alternatively, we can reschedule the pickup at an additional cost.

If pickup isn’t available in your area, self-shipping will be required.
Please Note:

Exchanged items cannot be returned again.

Gift card orders are not returnable but can be exchanged once (size/product).

Received something defective?
Let us know within 24 hours with photos/videos showing the defect and price tag.
We'll arrange a pickup.
Reports after 24 hours may not be accepted. -
Incomplete order?
Share an unboxing video within 24 hours to raise a complaint.
🔄 Refunds & Cancellations:

Refunds are issued after a quality check which usually takes 3-5 days.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
