We are very sorry that you are not happy with your purchase! We would be happy to offer returns & exchanges for items within 7 days of order delivery as long as long they are adhering to any of the following conditions:

  • An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
  • The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
  • The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.
  • SALE products can only be exchanged.
  • ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/ returned.

Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags attached. You can email us on help@alayabystage3.com or get in touch with us on +91 9971144575 within 7 days of receiving the products.

 *NOTE: All products under Flat Rs. 499, Flat Rs. 699 and upto 80% off store are not eligible for return/exchange. 

Incase of a Defect in the Product

We request you to intimate us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the real images and videos of the product received. Once our team sees and verifies the defect, Kindly get in touch with us at help@alayabystage3.com or +91-9971144575. We will then investigate the case and be in touch with you with the best available resolution.

Any such complaint raised after 24 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality check and its verified exchange will be processed.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

The product(s) will first go through a quality check at our end. Once it clears the check, the refund process will be initiated and the refund will take up to 30 days to reflect in your bank account via cashgram. In case the product does not meet our quality check, we will not be able to process the refund.

As soon as we receive the products, we will initiate the refund for up to 30 days.

We would not allow any monetary exchanges for even damaged products.

We can offer you store credit/Gift Card instead of refunds. You can use your store credits/gift card on future purchases from Alaya.

Please note, store credits cannot be used to cover shipping and COD charges.
