RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We're Here to Make Your Shopping Experience Flawless!

At Alaya, we want you to love your purchase! But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with simple, hassle-free returns and exchanges. Here's everything you need to know:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

Exchange Policy:

  • Free size exchanges within 7 days.
  • For a different product, there's a Rs 100 shipping fee per item.
  • If the pickup service isn’t available in your area, you'll need to ship the product back at your own cost.
  • Exchanges are allowed once per order.

Return Policy:

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with tags.
  • if Refund Method is Original Payment Mode - 10% of Product Value is Charged as Refund Fee, If you choose Store Credits - 100% Amount id refunded
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
  • If pickup service isn’t available, you'll need to ship the product back at your own cost.
  • Exchanged products are not eligible for Returns

For Sale Products:

  • Exchanges are based on size availability (we’ll exchange it once).
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • Wrong item received.
    • Manufacturing defect.
  • If your size isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit for future purchases.
  • Note: No returns for items bought during special sales (Annual Mega Sale, Buy1 Get1, Flat 50% Off, Jashn-e Alaya) or accessories (belts, jewellery, etc.).

Defective Items:

  • Report defects within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Send photos/videos with the price tag visible, and we’ll arrange a pickup.
  • Complaints after 24 hours may not be considered.

Incomplete Orders:

  • Notify us of incomplete orders within 24 hours with an unboxing video.
  • Complaints after 24 hours may not be considered.

Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Refunds are issued after a quality check in store credits or cash.
  • Cancellations are possible before dispatch only.

Note: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged and shipping Charges, if any, are not refunded.
