If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're pleased to offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. 

Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached.


Sale products are exchangeable, however, returns are only accepted in the following situations:

  • If an incorrect garment has been delivered, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
  • If the garment you received has a manufacturing defect.
  • If the garment is not the right size, it is eligible for a size exchange only once, for the same item.
  • Please be aware that for sale products, exchanges are subject to size availability. If the desired size is unavailable, credit points equivalent to the purchase price will be issued for future use.
  • Items purchased under Annual Mega Sale/ Buy1 Get1 Free Offer/ Flat 50% Off are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • ACCESSORIES (Belts, Jewellery, etc.) cannot be exchanged/returned.

Incase of a Defect in the Product

 We request you to intimate us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the real images/videos with the price tag of the product received. Kindly get in touch with us at help@alayabystage3.com or +91-8448863937, we'll schedule the pickup for it.

Once our team sees and verifies the defect, we will then investigate the case and be in touch with you with the best available resolution. When we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality check and if it is verified exchange will be processed. Item is eligible for a return/ exchange request only if there is a manufacturer defect.

Any such complaint raised after 24 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.


Incase of Incomplete Order

If you receive an incomplete order, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide an unboxing video along with the price tag of the product received. You can reach out to us at help@alayabystage3.com or call us at +91-8448863937, and we will arrange for the pickup of the incomplete items.

Once we receive and verify the incomplete order, our team will promptly investigate the matter and communicate the best available resolution to you. Please note that a return/exchange request for incomplete orders is only applicable in the case of manufacturer defects.

Please be aware that any complaints raised after 24 hours of order delivery may not be considered.


Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Alaya, we prioritize the quality of our products. Before initiating any refunds, all items undergo a thorough quality check by our team. Once cleared, the refund process will commence, typically taking 8-10 days to reflect in your bank account.

Should a product not meet our quality standards during inspection, a refund cannot be processed. Additionally, we do not facilitate monetary exchanges for damaged products.

However, we are pleased to offer store credit or a Gift Card as an alternative to refunds. These credits can be utilized for future purchases from Alaya. Please note that store credits cannot be applied towards shipping or COD charges.
