4. What if my tracking page shows that my order hasn’t been shipped yet?
Most domestic orders dispatch within 48–72 hours (except Sundays & public holidays). If your order is delayed, contact our support team.

5. My order is out for delivery, but I haven’t received a call from the delivery agent.
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you miss it, please contact us to help reschedule.
6. How can I place an order using store credits?
If you have store credits, you can redeem them during checkout as a payment method.
Store credits (Gift Card) are issued to your registered email ID. To use them, simply copy the code provided and paste it into the “Discount Code” section at checkout on the website.
Please fill your address and contact details before applying the code.
7. What if I’m facing a payment issue on your online store?

- Domestic Orders: Dispatched within 48–72 hours. Delivery takes 3–7 working days.
- International Orders: Dispatched within 5–7 business days, and delivered in 7–12 business days after dispatch.

2. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is shipped. Tracking updates are available 24 hours after dispatch.

- Domestic: Free for prepaid orders. COD charges: ₹60.
- International: Based on order value.
- ₹1–₹2,500 → ₹1,000
- ₹2,501–₹4,000 → ₹1,800
- ₹4,001–₹6,000 → ₹2,500
- ₹6,001–₹10,000 → ₹3,500
- ₹10,001–₹20,000 → ₹5,000
- Above ₹20,000 → ₹8,000
4. What should I do if my package is delayed or tampered?

2. What is your return & exchange policy?
- Exchanges: Allowed within 7 days of delivery. One-time only, subject to stock. If unavailable, you’ll receive store credits.
- Returns: Request within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are issued as store credits with lifetime validity.
- Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

3. Which products are eligible for return/exchange?
- All products except customised orders are eligible for Return and Exchange (Once).
- Products purchased through Gift card / Store credit are eligible only for One-Time Exchange.
- Sale items are exchange-only (one time).
4. How long do refunds and exchanges take?
- Quality check: 3–5 days after we receive the product.
- Exchange orders are dispatched after verification.
- Refunds (as store credits) are processed post-verification.
5. What if I receive a defective or incomplete order?
- Report defects with photos/videos within 24 hours.
- For incomplete orders, share an unboxing video within 24 hours.
