The following terms and conditions apply for the big Alaya 11:11 Sale:

• Only orders processed at 11:11 (both AM and PM) in our system will be eligible as successful for the sale. Orders received at 11:10 or 11:12 would not be eligible. Our backend time of successful order processed would be counted as the source of verification.
• Customers would have to place order normally and pay via their preferred mode: Payment Gateway / COD payment mode.
• For all the products delivered to customer and not returned, Alaya Credit points of equal/ proportionate (in case of partial returns) would be issued post the return window ( 7 days of delivery date) has expired.
• Alaya Credits can be used either in full value or partially till it becomes 0 in subsequent orders, valid for a year.

Please note:

• Multiple quantities and different sizes of one product would disqualify the eligibility for this offer
• Technicolour Dream Pants Private Limited reserves the right to amend, or discontinue this offer at any point in time and management's decision would be deemed final.
